How do I update my Dog's details?
a. If you wish to change the details of your dog. We will require you to contact us at woof@puphaven.com. Our team will then override the order details and revert back to you if there's any changes on the subscription prices.
How do I add another dog to my account?
If you have more than 1 dog, you can simply create another meal plan and fill up the details about your dog and you can manage your subscriptions from your account.
How do I cancel my subscription with PupHaven?
If you need to cancel your PupHaven subscription, you can do so by simply going to your account and click cancel subscriptions. Our team will then be notified and we will no bill you on the next coming month. It would be of great help if you could tell us what went wrong by filling up our feedback survey so we could improve and strive to deliver a better experience to you.
How do I remove my Dog's profile?
If your pup has moved on to another family, or has sadly passed :( you can easily remove your pup's profile by cancelling your subscription for the particular dog.
How do I change the flavour of the kibbles?
As for now, we have yet to roll out another variation of the kibbles. We will surely update this section once we have added another flavor of kibbles.
Where can I order a new scoop?
